About
My love for health and fitness started when I was young with competitive sports at school and college. Today, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into a thriving profession. As a fully qualified Level 4 Elite personal trainer, based in North London, I work with a diverse group of clients, from clients who compete at the highest level of non-professional sporting events through to clients who have serious health challenges and conditions.
Every body is unique, each with their own personal fitness goals, challenges, and lifestyles. I am passionate about helping people to enjoy exercising and see how it can be fun and enjoyable. I work hard to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and I do this through constructing a bespoke training programme specifically around your lifestyle, fitness and fitness experience, plus any specific requirements that you want to achieve during your training.
I take a very holistic approach to training; I want my clients to be involved in their fitness journey. I constantly evaluate and re-evaluate training programmes as the client improves in strength, stamina, and body composition.
I believe in empowering my clients and I positively encourage feedback regarding training sessions. I believe it is important for clients to take an active interest in their training as this motivates them to achieve their fitness goals and to see a positive transformation within themselves.

Specialisms
Resistance Training
Like all exercise, resistance (weight) training will help improve your stamina. This means you won’t get tired as easily as you grow stronger in your training sessions. Resistance training with me will also help make your joints get stronger, it will improve balance, flexibility and reduce the risk of any future injury.
Core and Lower Back Pain
All training sessions contain an element of core training. I hold a certification in core training, and I am qualified to coach people with lower back pain. One of the main benefits of a strong core is injury prevention, having strong core muscles creates a system of support for your spine and with carefully constructed exercises and you will have improved balance, stability, improved posture, and your lifting technique will rapidly improve.
Kettlebell Training
I have a real passion for using this unique piece of equipment. I am fully qualified to use kettlebells and incorporate them a lot in my sessions. I tend to introduce kettlebells into a session as a client becomes stronger and more confident in using weights.
Kettlebell training increases strength, endurance, agility, and balance. It challenges both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, compound and multi joint movements which is perfect if your goal is to tone your body, build strength and take your training sessions to the next level.
Exercise Referral Specialist
I am qualified to coach people who suffer with a chronic physical condition or illness. This means that a client who has one or various conditions such as Asthma, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis or osteoporosis can train comfortably in the knowledge that I can provide a safe environment to train in, provide considered and structured exercises to help improve their health and well-being and offer encouragement to lead a more active lifestyle in-between session and into the future.
Nutrition and weight management advice
This is an extra service I provide if weight loss or body transformation is a goal that you are striving for.
Within this service I offer:
Initial weigh-in
Ideal daily calorie consumption
Ideal target macro consumption (protein, carbohydrates, and fats)
Advice on food choices
Weekly check-ins along with weekly
weigh-ins
This can be offered as a separate service or part of a personal training package. (Prices available upon request according to additional needs and requirements)

PT Services
Before taking on a new Personal Training client a scheduled discovery call will take place. This will cover timetabling your session, establish your training goals and any special requirements you may have.
I offer a no charge taster session that will last approximately 30 minutes. We will run through a short exercise circuit, I can establish your training requirements and run through a few physical tests that will indicate area’s that require more attention. This will also help me with future exercise selection and programming for your personal training requirements. Limited appointments available on Saturdays.
Session Options and Booking Policy
Once-Weekly Training

Bookings are available in blocks of 6 sessions.

Payment is required at least 48 hours before the first session.

All 6 sessions must be used within 8 weeks, allowing flexibility for holidays, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Twice-Weekly Training

Bookings are available in blocks of 10 sessions.

Payment is required at least 48 hours before the first session.

All 10 sessions must be used within 7 weeks, again providing flexibility for holidays, illness, or unexpected events.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours’ notice – Your session can be rescheduled or carried forward.
Less than 24 hours’ notice / same-day cancellation – The full session fee will be charged, and the session will be forfeited.
Lateness Policy
If the client is late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
